True Blood Episode 6-8 Give-Away: Dress Up and Win

Sookie dressed in her finest gothic romance night gown was quite the treat for Bill, now it's your chance to dress up and get a treat of your own!

In the spirit of the holiday season, post a photo of yourself in this thread dressed up in some Halloween garb... anything from a simple photo of you wearing some prop fangs to a full-on costume... be it vampire, witch, ghost or other. Be creative, you can even dress up as your favorite character from True Blood!

3 winners from the submissions will be chosen! Each winner will receive a package of surprise True Blood goodies delivered to their door and the first place winner's package will include a Tru Blood T-Shirt.

The contest will run October 13th to the November 2nd, 2008 broadcast of True Blood episode 9. The winners will be announced on November 2nd after the episode ends.

Thanx! I'm dressing up again this year...but not so "scary" either, going for more of a cute or funny look this year. I'm going to have a house full of 6, 7, 8 & 9 year olds.

Halloween 08'...I'm the alley cat and husband is/was a Confederate soldier/vampire until fangs were destroyed when he attempted to bite some hot lil' 20 year old witch and she smacked him one,LOLROF!

He's deep into a bottle of Absinthe here and yes,that's my leg around his neck...very SCARY evening indeed! HAHAHA!

I've got a wee bit of a cosplaying focus on LOTR costuming, so I've got pictures of three different Eowyn costumes I've made recently. But then Harry Potter came along, and there was at least one costume from those films I had to do.


This is Dernhelm, which is Eowyn in armor. Fun costume, very heavy to wear.



This one is Eowyn in the Blue Victory dress, standing next to a rather awesome Aragorn. We were at a kick butt costuming party in LA called the Labyrinth of Jareth, best costuming party in LA every year.



And then the dress underwent a bit of altering once I saw some detailed images on the DVD, so here is an image of the dress with a wider center trim and no belt. And Calisuri lost a bet, hence the oversized Arwen, now that's scary.





Last Halloween I took a LOTR break and did a quick and easy Madame Trelawney from Harry Potter. She's not a common costume, but everyone knows her the moment I put the glasses on.




And the real reason I took a LOTR break last year was that this year, I was working hard to complete the Eowyn Gold Coronation dress for myself and the Rosie Cotton dress for my sister. Isn't she the cutest hobbit you've ever seen?
